The St. Croix Foundation is a hybrid organization, serving as a grant maker as well as an operating foundation that provides direct services and leadership to improve the socioeconomic welfare of the US Virgin Islands.
CFVI was created to serve both donors and nonprofit organizations of the Virgin Islands that want to ensure the highest quality of life for present and future generations.
